We deal with all aspects of debt recovery work from initial correspondence through court action, to obtaining decree and subsequent enforcement procedures. Depending on the size of the debt proceedings are by way of summary cause (formerly small debt actions) or ordinary cause. The limits for summary cause actions are changing so you are best to take professional advice at as early a stage as possible.

We can action cases nationwide. Where necessary, we can seek the bankruptcy of the debtor in order to force payment, or advise in other methods of enforcement to recover you money.

Whether dealing with bulk referrals or individual instructions our computerised systems allow us to progress proceedings promptly and efficiently.

Where possible we aim to ensure that the costs of recovery are recouped in full from your debtor.
