Legal Administration Assistant – 6 month fixed term contract

Walker Laird are looking to recruit a candidate of graduate level , having completed or in the course of completing, their LLB or HNC  to carry out the administration and despatch to our lender clients of title deeds. The position is anticipated as being  a full time role for an initial period of six months, part time hours would also be considered.

The successful candidate will work within our re-mortgage department where excellent communication skills are essential.  The role will require an attention to detail and diligence in approach in reviewing the title documentation and ensuring the correct deeds are scanned to the case management system where required. Although training will be provided, experience in using a case management system would be helpful.
