This is the process of changing your mortgage provider from your existing lender to a new lender and thereby securing a better deal.

If you have already sourced the new mortgage deal then our specialist remortgage team can provide all the necessary legal work you require. This includes all conveyancing work in order to repay the existing lender and obtaining a discharge of the security they hold over your property. Simultaneously, we will obtain your new mortgage and arrange for the new lender to have a security over your home.
