Case Study 1: We represented 12 members of a family in a fatal claim following the death of an elderly relative as a result of a road traffic accident.  We led an investigation of the accident circumstances and raised a Court action on their behalf.  After obtaining expert medical evidence we achieved a six figure settlement on behalf of the family.
