David Forbes

David was admitted as a solicitor in 1992. He has been a partner of the firm since 1997.

David is a part member of the Paisley Faculty Council and has served as a Paisley solicitor representative on the Sheriff Court Consultative Committee. He is appointed by the Law Society as a Peer Reviewer, applying the Society’s Quality Assurance scheme throughout the country. David is also a qualified CALM mediator.

David is head of our Civil Court Department which deals with a wide variety of matters including Family and Child law, Divorce and Separation, Accident Claims, and Housing Law for both landlord and tenant.
